User guide and training
The UQeMarket user guide (staff login required) (PDF, 2.9 MB) details the process to navigate UQeMarket, including:
- searching
- comparing
- adding items to a basket
- checking out a shopping basket
- frequently asked questions (FAQs).
You can also access the UQeMarket online training modules available through Workday.
Product issues
If you have a complaint about a product, contact the supplier. Their contact information can be found under the 'Supplier Info' tab for the item in UQeMarket.
If you’re unhappy with their response, or it’s a major issue, contact the UQeMarket team.
System errors and access issues
Email the UQeMarket team and provide:
- a screenshot of any errors or problems
- the web browser you are using
- the error number, if displayed
- the requisition or purchase order number
- a description of what you were doing immediately before the error occurred
- any other information you think may be relevant.
